Expedia Tower

This 20 story office tower, located in the heart of downtown Bellevue, was the first tower on the west coast to be certified under LEED’s core and shell program. The focus on creating the best work environment possible and maximizing light and air contributed to the project’s LEED gold rating and Energy Star design certification. The project features seven floors of below grade parking, and an expansive half-acre roof deck plaza, landscaping, and terraces that form a green gathering place for tenants. Jennifer* provided site design, construction documents, and construction support for this project.
