Cowlitz Regional Conference and Events Center

Located on the Cowlitz County Fairgrounds, this Regional Conference Center provides much needed conference, trade center, and events space for the County and the local community. The Center supports the annual County Fair and serves as the headquarters for the Cowlitz County Department of Tourism.  Plaza space was created to accommodate large outdoor events and expand the center’s indoor 40,000 SF conference space. A new image for the Center was created including streetscape improvements and a new fair entrance. An existing historic log home and war memorial is also incorporated into the site design. The site planning and design includes vehicular circulation and parking that would service the fair as well as the variety of functions and events that take place at the conference center.
